Rabiloo Achieve CMMI Level 3 (V2.0)

On October 10th, The CMMI Level 3 2.0 certification recognition ceremony was held in a warm atmosphere at the Rabiloo office, officially recognizing Rabiloo's achievement of CMMI Level 3 (version 2.0).

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien, representing Rabiloo, received the certificate.

Rabiloo is one of 17 Vietnamese enterprises to achieve CMMI Level 3 (V2.0) certification.

According to appraisal results announced by ISACA(*), there are currently 16 Vietnamese enterprises achieving CMMI level 3 2.0 certification. Through work and evaluation, Rabiloo has officially achieved CMMI level 3 2.0, becoming the next unit in Vietnam to pass the scientific value assessment of this certification.

On October 10th, the Certification Recognition Ceremony took place with the presence of Rabiloo members and distinguished guests, including Mr. Satish Manimaran - a representative of the CMMI Institute, Mr. Aru David, and Mr. Le from ECC International Vietnam,  with the entire board of directors and staff of Rabiloo.

At the ceremony, the guests, who are experts, delivered speeches acknowledging Rabiloo's efforts in their journey to achieve CMMI Level 3. Mr. Satish Manimaran, representing the CMMI institute, shared: 'With Rabiloo, they have a young and enthusiastic team. They are always focused on business development and how they adapt and respond to changes in the software development process is quite impressive.

What is CMMI?

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process-level improvement training and appraisal program. Implementing the CMMI standard helps organizations carry out their work more professionally and scientifically, thereby ensuring the quality of products and services and enhancing the brand's credibility with customers. According to Mr. Satish, 'The CMMI certification, especially with the new version 2.0 and in the future, there will be one more version coming up -  the version 3.0. Both versions are aimed at the business effectiveness of organizations and enterprises. Therefore, when you mention a technology company, the most important aspects are maintaining profitability and improving the quality of services, including the processes of the services they provide to their customers. Hence, CMMI certification focuses extensively on business operations and improvements within organizations and enterprises.

CMMI defines the following maturity levels for processes: 1 - Initial, 2 - Managed, 3 - Defined, 4 - Quantitatively Managed, and 5 - Optimizing. At maturity level 3, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Also, at this level, the processes will be managed more proactively by understanding the interrelationships between activities and detailed measurements between the process and its products and services."

As of October 2023, Rabiloo has achieved significant international certifications, including ISTQB, ISO/IEC 27001:2019, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI Level 3 (V2.0). According to the plan, in 2024, Rabiloo is expected to obtain two additional certifications, namely Cobit 5 and ISO/IEC 20000. This is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality software products and services certified to international standards.
